  • Signs That I Need Duct Work?

    If you have noticed your heating or air conditioning system is not working as efficiently, that your utility bills are higher and the system is also working harder to reach the desired temperature, there is dirt or debris entering your home through the ducts, or there is a musty odor present, you most likely need duct work.

  • Why Do I Need an Expert?

    If your ducting system is not installed, maintained, or repaired properly, it can become contaminated with dust, pollen, or debris. If there is moisture present, then the possibility of mold and other growths are possible, which could lead to allergies and other health complications.

  • Why Are Newer Ducting Systems Better?

    Newer duct systems have a leakage of no more than 6%, while systems in homes built in the 1970’s can have leakage of about 35%. If this much heat or air is leaking out of the ducts, there is a great deal of air you are paying for that is escaping, making your systems have to operate harder to compensate. As a result, your monthly energy bills could significantly increase.
